"Yet another moment to share my love of emu oil! I got an oil burn last night (less than 24 hours ago...) the burn is/was ~ 1 inch by 1.5 inches, not big, but surely not small, about the size of an oreo cookie + splatters down my arm. Hooting and hollaring in pain, I ran the burn under cold water and then put emu oil on it. I reapplied every hour or so and then again a few times this morning. Would you know it, all the pain and redness is gone! You can still see a bit of damage to the skin, but it looks like the burn is a week old, not less than 24 hours. I wish I had taken pictures."

 "So, I've suffered from Psoriasis since I was a child.  The earliest remembrance I have was when I was 6 years old.  So, yeah, at least 26 years now.  And I've tried just about everything under the sun to get my Psoriasis to improve, let alone go away (from smelly tars to skin-thinning corticosteroid ointments).

"I want to thank you for your wonderful and amazing Emu oil produced at Laid in Montana, Kalispell, MT.  I started using Emu oil products many years ago when Yvonne H. gave me Emu oil soaps she made.  I discovered then that the Emu oil took the really bad black brake grease out of my hands and underneath my fingernails, but left the skin soft.  I started getting cold sores that lasted 2 or more weeks and scarred me.  My sister suggested the Emu oil.  Not only did it speed up the healing process, it lessened the pain.

August 2007 I developed an aggressive breast cancer.  I had a partial mastectomy and an axillary lymph node dissection, which left two big scars.  I then learned I would be immediately going through months of very aggressive chemotherapy and 7 weeks of radiation.

I used the Emu oil on the scars from the day after surgery and continue to do so.  The Emu oil caused the scars to heal quickly and less painfully.  I have no hard areas on  either scar and the short 4-inch one on my breast looks like a thin line.  The long scar through my armpit is soft and hardly shows.  The skin thickening that happens after breast radiation is minimal.

During radiation therapy, other patients asked me to write down what I was using.  Their burns were much worse than mine adn they were in pain.  As soon as they started applying the Emu oil they found relief.  Even during chemo when I had a very compromised immune system, I applied Emu oil to any cuts I got and they healed quickly.  It provided relief from the growing arthritic pain in my finger joints and when my veins hardened from the chemo, it eased the horrible aching pain in my right arm.

To this day I apply the Emu oil every day.  The Emu oil soap [Handmade Soap] was sometimes the only soap I could use during chemotherapy because it was gentle on my skin which was very sensitive for months.  I would recommend the Emu oil to anyone who wants a 100% safe and natural way to deal with pain, sores or healing problems."
