Free Shipping for qualified orders is sent USPS 1st Class OR Priority.

FedEx is our Expedited Shipping provider.
Montana Emu Ranch Company Expedited Shipping Options will be displayed at Checkout for your selection. Cost options are determined by product weight and the Ship to Zip Code.

Your order must be received by 11:00 AM MST Monday-Friday.
Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are NOT considered Business Days.
Delivery times vary on destination.

Shipping Rules and Restrictions
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Fridays, excluding federal holidays within the United States. The DAY the order is shipped DOES NOT COUNT as a ship day.

P.O. BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES
Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO/FPO addresses, but some restrictions apply.
Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service Priority (USPS) shipping method.

INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS
We only Ship Internationally to Canada.

ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL ~ Watch for an e-mail from ’SHIP CADDY’ this is the format we use to ship packages.
You will receive an email confirmation that your package has been shipped with tracking information,
IF you provide your correct e-mail address.

Tracking your Shipment
All packages sent via USPS or FedEx will have a tracking number assigned and a tracking email will be sent once shipped when an e-mail address is provided at time of order.

RETURNS POLICY

Montana Emu Ranch Online Store Purchases
We want to do everything possible to make your return process smooth and easy. Our guarantee to you is that if you wish to return products for any reason you may send them back to us postmarked within 60 days from the delivery date of your order. Some exclusions may apply so please read the full return policy for additional information.

You may return most new, unopened items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you want to return the product for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping.

You may return it by mail for a full refund within 60 days of the date of purchase if you include your original receipt.

Refunds will only be issued for product that is returned in the original form that they were purchased in.

We do not give refunds, credits, or exchanges for items purchased through unauthorized resellers or online auctions.

Montana Emu Ranch Company reserves the right to substitute a product of equal value and nature if the original product becomes unavailable.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 Business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us at info@montanaemuranch.com with your order number, reason for return and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Damaged Items or Our Error
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the box to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 1-406-257-3924 OR 1-888-444-4EMU

Please provide the Order Number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier. If Possible, PLEASE take pictures.

If you're returning the product because we made an error, please call us at 1-406-257-3924 OR 1-888-444-4EMU  Monday -Thursday 9 AM - 4 PM MST - Friday 8:30 AM – NOON MST, or email us anytime. Please include your Order Number and phone number. We'll promptly schedule return arrangements with you.  Photo's of Damaged product help us with the return process and may insure quicker results for you.

Returns for Purchases made at a Retail Store
If you purchased the product from a retail store, please contact the store directly for their return policy. We recommend returning the product to the store if possible, in order to avoid return shipping fees.

However, if the store cannot accept your return and you return it to us, at your shipping expense, we can offer you a replacement but we are not able to offer you a refund.
